The Deft Super Auto Grooving Machine is a specialized piece of equipment used in the corrugated cardboard manufacturing industry. This machine is designed to automate the process of creating grooves in cardboard sheets, which are necessary for folding and forming the cardboard into boxes or other shapes.

- 6,8,10 etc.,TPI grooving can be
done using the normal 1” wide chasers and
single point tool.
- Saddle and Cross slide operated by
individual servo motors for accuracy.
- Saddle and Cross slide provided ball
screw for accuracy.
- Easy operation selection by HMI.
- HMI screen shows saddle and cross slide
numeric readings.
- In case of Power failure, tool retracts and
resumes at the same groove when the
power supply is back.
- Mandrel history can be restored anytime.
